Hello Sweet, l have been drinking lots of water and eating cup a soups mainly too. Its not quite there yet, its not a bug as such diverticulitis is a disease of the colon and needs to be controlled best you can. I am new to this problem , but seems to be getting better until l ate solids today that is. Yes we went to the store and missed any rain. Bought two new Tefal high end pans , they were on offer . My last ones lasted 20  years but hubby messed up the non-stick by scrubbing them instead of soaking and a wipe. So happy to hear you are on the road to recovery sweet. Are you eating pro-biotics l find they help and not too heavy. Cant wait for a dry day to travel further to HB, B&M, Lidl and Aldi. I have my list lol. .
