Night night Ju! The beef roast was yummy and it was a treat. I've cut back on the beef buying as the prices are outrageous.  I do more pork and chicken dishes. Tom enjoyed it...I did as well. Good that CB is close now so he can pop over often. I'm packed and ready for mom's this weekend. The mild weather is supposed to continue into next week.
