Hello Carmen,  we had a lovely sunny day of 24c.
My friend and I  walked down to the ocean pool and one person swimming.  We also saw a baby whale splashing around which was nice.
In the afternoon went to the nursery to get some plants. I got 2 marigolds and 2 Aguilera (columbine)
One flower purple and one red flower.
Hope you found out what was causing your back pain.
I baked a ginger slice tonight.
I wash nearly every second day and hang on our
rotary clothes line.  Don't have a clothes dryer.

Sometimes all you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best.A year from now you'll wonder what you were concerned about.((Hugs))..
