     ...Monday...Good evening my lovely so pleased you had a lovely break in Wales one min my IBS settles down and then the nxt its flared up again like today getting so miserable again i cut all the gluten out but thinking i am going to eat normally gluten  free is full of sugar and so fattening rant over lol roll on Friday half term holiday have a lovely evening and ty for the Duck xx

Good afternoon Sue I am so pleased you all had a lovely holiday with such good weather, I can picture Maggie chasing sea gulls all over the place, Pippin would have enjoyed that too.  No hurry to answer the message you will be busy for a while getting settled in back home.  It was a lovely weekend here and I spent Saturday and Sunday in the garden.  Today I have changed 2 beds and have the bedding on the line, not long back from the tip where I took all the veggie pots to dump last year's soil.  Having a rest now I will sweep the greenhouse tomorrow and clean the glass. Good luck with mowing the lawn, it is hard work when it is that long. Pippin enjoyed his walk this morning and he has been playing in the garden so he's now having a snooze.  Enjoy your afternoon love and hugs to you and Maggie from me and Pippin.  xxxxxxxxxxx 😊🦋🐞
