Aww sweet I now how that feels at times when you just can’t be A,,,,d hope you find some Zing  today,  🤣 I never gave in to that mindless crap on TV  daytime is the pits 🤣 did some  jigsaw, and looked around on Vinted, have a lovely Friday ,it’s mild sunny and bright to start the day, heading to Donna’s to do 💩 patrol….🤣🫢🤣 .Knee is less tender than yesterday, so a gentle stroll down the road, ….. couldn’t do anymore if I tried  for now I’ll be sitting again later ,🫢  you take care ,enjoy your day, big love and hugs, xxxxxxxxx

Hi Sue, I did relax in the afternoon, fell asleep in my chair, seem to be doing a lot of that lately, maybe it's an age thing! I did pop out to get my hair shaved off, a spur of the moment thing! I've got the laundry on the go this morning, no plans to go out today. I hope J was able to get out for a walk yesterday, the fresh air will help lift the spirits. Any plans for you today?
