Morning dear Sue,
hope you enjoyed your tennis and the Nana taxi went well , it was Hot afternoon, J made Jam ! yep.... stripped the cherry tree before the fruit fly move in and destroy, it tastes yum.  osteoarthritis is found in knee and shoulder, J was at docs last night  sorted some different pain killers ans has had referral to MSk, team, they could want a MIR scan,  advised for now not to go back to work.... now we know  steroid shots mentioned, but this is a flare up of the condition and will happen going forward. Enjoy the sun lovely lady , and maybe some time in garden , hugs and love Sue, xxx
