We are getting into that time of year when we have wet muddy feet coming into the house. I have reminded Rylee that he is to wipe his feet when he comes into the house. I have a mat at the back door that will "dry" his feet if he remembers to use it. He comes in and I remind him - "wipe your feet - they're wet" and he turns in a circle - three times then sits proudly holding his foot up so I can check it. Usually they are good and I give him a tiny treat. If they are still wet he will turn again - or I will wipe them dry either way he's so proud of himself he grins at me. Happy Thursday.

I think the weather plays a big part in how we feel at times. It is very hot, windy and dry here and I feel as if I am about 10 kilos heavier due to the heat. Sadly my body does not like the heat and I get all sorts of rashes and itches from the sun. Bit like being allergic to it LOL. I much prefer Autumn weather.  I have a lot of energy in Winter  - all very weird. I hope you get your groove back soon! xx

Hello Nancy ~ has been cloudy and dreary here w/cold temps and rainy.  Good to hear you enjoy the visit with your brother too ~Trying to get ready for Thanksgiving with family this Saturday.  Everyone is bringing something, hopefully will go smoothly.  Have a great day ~
