Decision was made and we packed the truck and started out. I drove through whiteout conditions off and on until we got to the border. The weather cleared and I arrived home a few hours later. Rylee and Jojo were so happy to see me. Rylee jumped into my lap as soon as I sat on the stairs at the front door. He wriggled and licked my face with joy. I reached into a bag and brought out the toy I bought for him. Jojo joined the melee I gave her, gift as well. Their joy made the long drive worth every minute. Happy Friday everyone.

My goodness that snow must have been packed down solid with pedestrians stomping on it as they past by.
The wind has once again sprung up and once again ripped the heads of my new flowers! I am giving up as its a waste of money. It's been so windy branches are falling off one of my trees. The delicate little flowers don't stand a chance.
So I'll stop wasting my money and buy some more lavender and hardy herbs to fill my pots xx
