Rylee cut his leg playing the other night. I have a major first aid kit for the dogs so when I saw blood I dug it out to treat the cut. Rylee has been hurt before and has seen the kit, he was not that eager to let me help him. I set it up, search for what I needed, set it out and called Rylee to me. He looked at me as if to say - "I don't think so!" not really willing to come to me. I think last time I had to put a "boot" on him to protect what I was putting on. He didn't like the boot. I chased him around the kitchen - cornered him at the door - put a leash on him and brought him to the bench. I got him up and sitting. I sprayed the wound with the stuff called "wound relief." Spritz, spritz that was all. Rylee looked surprised as I took off the lead and told him he could get down. I looked at him and said "don't you feel dumb now?" Such a drama king! Happy Wednesday.
