Good Morning Kim, l dont like fatty foods either. l do occasionally have chips but only a few. l gain weight like we all do when stressed ...its the only time l eat cake or biscuits. I do sometimes eat big meals like the Sunday roast. Mainly though l watch what l eat. Not being as active these days it doesnt help my knees if l gain weight. I am already well over weight, so any loss is welcomed. My eldest is now on the jab, he has lost almost a stone in a week. He is well happy, l just hope he keeps it up . Its much better for his health. Take care Hun and rest up xxx
