Hi Dee, looks like the weather might cheer up a bit tomorrow, it’s so windy all the time. We have got quite a small kitchen, but I’ve never liked the worktops which are a dark Bluey grey colour, so I am going to have some light coloured ones with built in crumbs! They are speckled, my neighbour has similar and they look really nice. I will also have a new hob, and sink and taps. The cupboards are ok and I can’t face the upheaval of having them changed. I was thinking about a black sink, but not sure whether it would be difficult to keep clean. Might get a new washing machine as well. I don’t use the communal washing machines, never know what people are putting in them. I don’t mind using the driers as they cost a lot to run, I haven’t got room for one anyway. John is watching a programme about the Terracotta Army, it looks quite interesting. Have a lovely evening Dee xx
