Hi Sandro, im wiped out😴😫😩🔥🔥🍑🍑🍑💪💪 training session was hard, the way i train is too much sometimes, strength high intensity. Barely ended my hour workout, no doms…. Red light therapy helps a lot for inflammation and recovery…
