Bit of a dull damp morning here.  The Aurora was glowing about nine o’clock last night - red and green.  The physio says my knee joint is fine but following on from the burst hamstring in October the muscles and tendons are weakened and she gave me exercises and an appointment to check up in three weeks - so I’ll have to do the exercises.  Enjoy your chicken outing xx

Good morning, Lizzy. It’s bitter cold outside today. It’s 13° with a windchill of 0°. It’s not snowing today but we are in for a storm tomorrow. They are saying that over the weekend it’s going to be in the negatives. The girls are sitting on the back of the couch watching out the window. I can tell when a dog walks by just from the reaction of barking. I don’t think there will be too many dogs walking by this morning because it’s just too cold for their feet. Yesterday was a holiday for us, Martin Luther King‘s birthday. Larry had the day off so now I’m all confused, it feels like a Monday to me, but it’s actually Tuesday. My whole week will be off now.💜
