Happy Sunday! Warm out but not too bad. Hubby mowed and I trimmed around the yard. Now we're just relaxing with some tv while he works on a new lego set- the Goonies! Race won't be on til later. Have a great afternoon!

I hope you've had a fabulous day at church and that your shopping was quick and easy. I've been trying to keep myself busy to help with the anxiety but there's just that feel of the hubby having another kind of breakdown and that's hard. I think my depression is easier because it's more internal where he gets just unhappy and angry about everything- not that he's being abusive to me- that's not the case- he just vents at me and of course sometimes says things that are a little hurtful and then just make my brain spiral. It's just that big spike I had is jst taking it's time to come down for sure!
