Hello Kevin, I usually wake at first light but set the alarm so that I could be ready for the tradies. My new watch also registered me setting the alarm so I had lots of noise waking me althoufh I was already awake. My brother wanted me to get a 'smart' watch as I live alone and he was worried about me having falls. The watch nags me. If I have been sitting for to long I get a buzz on my wrist telling me to get up and move around. I guess that is good. Enjoy your new day.
