Oh! I remember that stuff, it was awful. I worked a Saturday job and a couple of hours after school in a chemist and we used to try out all sorts of products - the dry shampoo was one of them. Definitely greasy, dandruff hair!! I'm pretty sure we had wet wipes but they were tiny little ones for your hands! xx
