I have a friend (retired mathematician colleague who has an actual doctorate in maths as opposed to my doctorate in lit) who has been sending me problems (proofs) to solve since I retired.  He used to just work on them on his own, but now he figures I have time to help.  Problem is he texts me these long dense things that I'm not sure I could follow if we were working through them together, lol.  I am going to have to help him adjust his expectations. 😆
