Good night Linda, we haven't had much rain this week just hot temps. for the last 3 days.  We did go shopping for awhile and the bank but didn't get everything we need so we will try again tomorrow.  I can't remember the last time the summer was this hot.  I know there are people in the UK that are having the same problem but they don't have AC like we do.  Have a blessed evening/day my friend.  Hugs!
