Hi, Cassie. I hope yesterday was relaxing and you’re recharged today, you are so right being busy all the time is so exhausting and can be overwhelming but keeps the mind off of things. I think last week I had a bit too of both. I’m still not sleeping well but nothing unusual for me even before but more so now of course and I hate fall back time. I don’t like when it’s 6:00 and dark makes the nights seem to go on forever lol. Lovely weather here so I will take advantage of it as it’s supposed to be our first cold front next week.
