Hi, Cassie. I’m sure you will perfect your pies again soon. Hearing your Dad prefers the cakes to the healthy versions made me chuckle that would be my Dad as well lol… but he has had no health issues at all until now just getting some at 88 and none has anything to do with his eating habits. Thanks for your lovely note I did have a relaxing day . Yesterday it rained very hard and the winds were blowing so hard the rain was sideways lol it only lasted a few hours thankfully as I know a lot of people were traveling due to the Labor Day weekend.
