Evening funny lady.  Last night we had thunder and lightening,  but very little rain.  I am all packed for my drive to Arizona.   We stay 3 days, and head to Utah to chill.....I still have to freeze the ice packs so I can bring perishable foods.  I am not a restaurant person,  so we will only buy lunch, but I will have frozen veg I can nuke in the room.  I got a few potatoes and make them the first night, and with any luck we will find any more than 1 from Diners Drive In, and Dives.  I have been to one place already in Springfield IL.   We will see the Lincoln things, and go to a place that makes a tenderloin sandwich the size of the plate for under 10.  Man it was great.  I will buy an extra sandwich and make a veg and potato in the room with a frozen mixed veg.  I will take a bag of a  season mix so things won't taste like junk. 

Cross your fingers for me that I have nice weather when I am in Bryce Canyon Utah.  My daughter has never seen even the Grand Canyon.  We will hit up Zion, and Arches plus I will look for a natural spring to chill on the way to Denver,. I  will also make a stop in Colorado to buy edibles as I can easily drop 300 for very little.  Leigh has a f
