a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! your day sounds lovely! we were in the mid-20sC here, too, although it's cooling down in the evenings. I've not been able to do much weeding, and so my garden is a bit wild. also, the anemones my daughter-in-law planted a few years back are spreading like crazy! I woke up early enough to go to church this morning, and so am feeling quite ready for a good night's sleep. went over to my daughter's so she could check my tires, and put air in them. while she was doing that I had a lovely visit with Ellie, Cece, and the rest of the family. the visit included Janeway, their standard poodle as we sat outdoors. the kitty boys send snuggles to you, and to Pippin. I'm sending Pippin more ear rubs. take care, and hugs! xxx
