Thank you for a WRC  Had a lie in this morning but still aching. I was okay on the Alendroic acid but they did seem to affect my teeth didn't really want to go back on them as well as the Ad-Cal D3 but she said it should help correct it to Ostopenia hope so. Hope you are well did you get anything when you went shopping to M and S with your Daughter and Granddaughter. I had a dream last night that my Grandson told me he was going to buy a Pram in September ! Don't think its true lol. They have been married a couple of years now but don't think they are thinking of children yet.

Just had my Doctors call. My Osteoporosis has got worse so now I have to go back on Alendronic Acid and take Ad Cal D3 as well so not too happy. She said that was probably why I was getting more hip and back pain. So not very happy I have to have another scan in 3 years.
