Morning Linda
Got some more washing out there is a good breeze this morning. Went to the Physio yesterday he said I seemed better which I do . He said the main cause of my back pain is the curve of my spine which I won't change so best to keep on top of it with the exercises and pain killers. He said I can go back anytime so I feel a bit better. Just going to Melton today going to pick up my Grandsons birthday present . Got him some Minecraft Lego. Hes 8 at the end of the month but they are going on holiday.

Its been very hot today, but not as humid as last time.
Went Dogwalking and puppy class
Quite tired now
