Morning Linda
Got a washload on weather not looking too bad. Going to Dance and Exercise I like it now as we do about four dances first then have a little break then do the exercises they are not strenuous so its not to much to cope with we do another 2 dances in between then do chair exercises after that another dance then on the floor for 15mins. Sounds alot but its not too bad.
