I sleep about 5 hours a night because the bloody skylight makes my room very bright. Even when I go to bed it's lit up and I can see everything. I need complete darkness. So my quality of sleep is not good.  But I have been having terrible sinus pressure. If I bend down I get dizzy, I've been dealing with it a few weeks now. I read today that can cause fatigue. So there you go.
I'm worried about you. Hope you're ok. Sending prayers and hugs xx

well last day of the week for me & a little fluffy Jake's 12th Birthday too! am sure he will be spoilt later too
oh i do not like wrapping much i will do some at weekend then mums ones i will do Xmas eve as no where to keep them!!
Lana is working at home today so get some peace and yeah can get a gift tomorrow for her
its cold again this morning but there is no frost that i can see so all good!
yes was sad that chap passed he was in lots of pain though
