Hi John, been a busy day been to Tesco done my food shop then made apple Betty puddings using up more apples , the gardener came and brought tilly the dog she sat with me while they were busy even found where I hide the biscuits , Barry asked her if she was staying with me but she raced him to the van she wasn’t being left behind . I gave  him a bucket full of apples I picked for the deer in the field where he keeps his bees. Been sunny here but windy said to rain tomorrow that’s good as he’s put some lawn food on . My late partner, Tony was a Derryman. So we had lots of trips over to Derry to visit relatives. This is only my second trip over there without him. I find it full of happy memories but very emotional. X
