Good morning splash!  Had a good phone call with Colleen a couple of days ago - they've started with the home care now.  She said they (her and Lisa) don't know what they are doing - I told her that no one does, just keep doing the next right thing and don't be afraid to reach out to ask for help, for a phone call - or just to vent.
