Sorry I've been so truant in my responses. Still staying with my friend. The guy they sent to fix the boiler worked on it fir 15 minutes and declared it was too big of a job for him! Unbelievable! Waited 3 weeks to hear that. Needless to say, now waiting for a different company to take a look or just bite the bullet and order a new boiler.
