Hello Deirdre - The week is going by quickly. Happy to not have any outside appointments today, so I can have some studio time. First physio was good. My painting arm is a bit out at the shoulder and causing some worrying spasms in my throat as well as arm pain. Good to at least have that much figured out so I can try to work on it. The spasms are especially concerning as they can come right out of the blue and be very painful with difficulty swallowing. It's great to hear that your physio is helpful, have you been going for a while? There are so many things I need to sort out with the chronic stress I've been under. Even my cholesterol and blood sugar were up and due to excess stress. Hopefully that's sorted now, but we have to keep checking as I prefer to avoid medication until absolutely necessary. Hope your week has been going well and you have some nice plans for the weekend xo
