Good evening Deidre I hope you have had a good day and it stayed dry.  We have had another dry and sunny day and after lunch I went into the garden and weeded one of the flower beds, I will do the other one tomorrow.  I went flower arranging this morning and walked Pippin after lunch.  Good luck with the magnesium I'm sure it will help.  I only take half as I already take a multi-vit with minerals in the morning.  I take Naproxen and Lansoprazole and these interfere with magnesium but I found a whole one made me feel slightly sick hence the half.  I hope it helps you.
