We had a nice time yesterday with Frank my grandson we went for a walk along  the river inlet
looked at the different birds and boats ,came  home and watched cartoons before Frank was picked up by his Dad.

Goodnight dear Lori,  I am glad your appt went well.  Did you get a new doctor?  That's good Tom went with you to do the shopping.  I am glad you rested this afternoon.  It was very hot there.  It was close to 100 degrees here during the day.  I stayed in all day.  I am sorry you were very hot when you went out to sweep the walkway.  As it was close to getting dark it had cooled down out there and we walked around the block.  It was a little warm. but nothing like in the day.  The next couple of days will be pretty much the same. We do need to stay in as much as possible.  It was alarming. but nobody was there.  I did have a nap this afternoon and so did Glenn.  I hope I get a good nights rest tonight too.  Love and Hugs Hun xx
