Hi hun,
Been such a busy time.
Found out our service is being sold, last Friday to a bigger service provider.
It's been a lot to process.
Assurances that there will be minimal changes but I've been part of service take overs in the past in the UK.
Challenges ahead for sure.
Just got Izzy from her dad's earlier.
She had a wonderful time. Hoorah
Always a beautiful drive over a mountain, that is for sure a difficult drive.
Which I love.
Lots of work currently building through the mountain to make a bypass to make it easier.
Has taken years as landowners are opposed. Actually many are opposed.
Opponents have raised concerns about the environmental impact, including the sacrifice of native bush and a legal challenge regarding a Department of Conservation permit that allowed not nice things to get rid of the environment bush. Basically bulldozed all the bush and all that reside, apparently!
We have no control over these things do we, babe.
Money has made it happen, no wonder mother nature is not happy with us.
Sorry for my rant.
