Exactly - we always make Ollie a portion of whatever fish we make. Usually salmon which is SOOOOO good for you, but damned if I can be bothered to eat more than a bit or two....... blech!

My girlfriend makes this halibut dip with jalapenos and jalapeno oil and mayo and omg it is to die for. I like fish when it doesn't taste like fish.......

Cootie again - and I am not a fan of fish at all, but that does sound pretty good. We made halibut tacos the other day, and I bought a 6 pound halibut thinking we would have Alex's bf come over, but he was working and now we have halibut for days..... but the tacos are sooooo good - even served w cold fish, which sounds gross, but the sauce is the bomb!
