Glad Elsa was enjoying the nice day!
We did not lose power but had quite the pile of broken limbs. Today was cool but sunny so I pulled out the firepit and burned most of the pile. I still have a wheelbarrow of smaller twigs to compost. I planted the bloomed out tulips, and some clematis and eryngium. The eryngium have a blue thistle like spike and like dry well drained sunny areas. Hope they like where I have tucked them in.
Stopped at the book shop for some quilting magazines for my friend Shirley. She is now in assisted living and does not get out to the shops.
