Well for my first week of retirement, I worked 31hours. Two coworkers were away and I filled in during their absence. They should be back this week so I will go in for only two days! Looking forward to finding things to do other than work. 31 years as a circulating nurse in the operating room is more than I ever imagined. I am very lucky to have found a profession that I have enjoyed for so long.
I have 30 quilt tops to be completed, walls of fabric to be made into quilts, a shelving rack full of yarn and all of the patterns to be made. While my friends from Texas were here, I found all of my cross stitch patterns, and I have some lovely ones. Many things to do and now the time to do them.
