I agree diets can be, l try to mix it up a bit though. L give him low calorie soup for supper lol. , did a stew when the first nasty day came too. I give him low calorie noodles in place of chips. On Sunday its blow out day a full roast inner , lots of veg a bit of meat or a lot if its Chicken and a couple of roast potato. I do give him a sweet treat to once a month. He is doing great as slow and steady loss is best for his heart. He is now lighter (by 2lb) than me, and lost 23lb so far. xx ,
