The train was from Newark to Edinburgh, so a long way. They’ve climbed Arthur’s seat and booked to go round the castle this afternoon. Their train is due back in to Newark around 3 tomorrow afternoon, hubby is picking them up, hopefully no delays. I think it’s a bit cooler today, but still got the fan on.

Morning Sandra, I had a better nights sleep, I think it was because I was so tired. Already been to the village to get a few things before it gets too hot. Daughter and family were stuck on the train yesterday, arrived in Edinburgh 85 minutes late, she says she can claim money back. Hope we get the thunderstorms later as it’s too humid for me
