Morning Sandra, sorry about your back and that you didn’t get to see your friend. I agree about the Gabapentin. I was on that for a long time, the GP put me up on the highest does but it didn’t help at all so I weaned myself off them. Daughter came round yesterday, took me out for coffee and cake. I had a slice of chocolate and Guinness cake. It was surprisingly light. Not doing much today, lack of sleep, was downstairs till gone 2.30. 🙁
