He said he was going to contact me yesterday,  but he waited to hear the weather this morning.  I got advice from my sister,  who has done renovations,  she said keep carpet on the steps, its safer, and its hard to get floorboards looking right on steps. Problem solved.  But she said get mu unit painted before I put new carpet. The gardener/handyman says he was painter, but to me it seems he is busy enough gardening.  I just want everything done now. But its going to be a long process.
Omg, that would of drove me nuts . Very nice of Jess to have dinner ready. I made Thai red curry stirfry which actually turned out nice.  I buy the red curry paste in a jar, a good organic one, no nasties in it, and i also added coconut milk.
Sticking to carpet on steps, it was the original plan,  and I have been umming and aring about it from the get go.
I emailed her,  but going to email again tonight.
