Hi Marianne,  thats good you got to rest. Yeh, not liking this sudden change of weather,  feel sad summer is over it never seems long enough  and goes quick, I only had 2 swims.
I texted the a/case wife as she's his secretary,  she was busy in a meeting and gave me his number,  hes yet to confirm a time.  But said its covered by warranty.  I hope he means the pump he was talking about,  and my old unit.  He said the condensate pump didn't keep up or failed because of the humid night.  He said he will fix it. Just don't know when.  I have 2 appointments this week and getting a,quote to prune the Eucalypt.  My brother said its best to prune the dead wood on the gum tree.
My neighbour wants me to remove the whole tree because its damaging the fence.  I said it won't cost much to replace a few pieces of fencing,  whereas ill be thousands to remove the tree and how quickly do eucalyptus trees grow? , idk.
