Happy Monday! I am laid up in bed bc i majorly messed up my knee. I stepped on a dog toy, right foot slid out to the side like a split until my knees buckled inwards and I landed on my butt with my knees in a W shape. Heard a snap or crack on my way down. Right knee is sore but functional. L knee is very painful - cant bend it much or rotate it. Likely the ligament or tendon that I have injured a long time ago. Sigh. Kids have been taking care of me today. Icing it, elevate and knee braces - it will take months to heal :(
