Good morning Lynne. I was in Bushmills with 6 friends staying at one of their holiday homes . We were having our bookclub there . It was a lovely 2 days. Sorting through things for a hospice coffee morning and sale this Sunday , The first fundraiser of the year. I don't have osteoporosis but have osteopenia so watching my diet Lots of cheese and yogurts. Pleased you were able to get some work done in the studio . My sister is calling later and we will go out for coffee. We have funeral to attend tomorrow , the wife of our cousin. So many funerals over the past few months. I am sure there is no change with your dad. He must have a strong heart. Take care x
