Hi Lynne , so lovely to read that you are mixing relaxing on your deck with some Summer exercising . Sounds as if your instructor is making it a fun experience too. I’ve had a busy first week of the holidays. Met my friend/colleague for a catch up . We will be working in the same class is September. We haven’t worked together in the same class since Covid . Tuesday a trip to the hairdressers- a walk it’s a Mile each way. Wednesday at home , Thursday out to lunch with my Step Mum and met her new partner. They have known each other , friends for a few years as they share a love of ballroom dancing. He seems very nice, friendly, chatty and great sense of humour. He reminded me of my late Dad. Then on Friday I met a friend . She is a Fairylander we have been chatting for ages her name is Helen she lives in NZ but originally from Hereford. She is over here visiting family . We met back in May . It was so lovely and we just chatted . I know her cousin . Her cousin was the Bursar at school until she retired. Helen and I met again on Friday and had a lovely catch up before she heads back to NZ next week .
I have made a holiday “ to list” mostly sorting out cupboards and drawers I shall make a start on THE LIST tomorrow 😁
