Oh no bed rest is not good, but needed sometimes. I had 2 days in bed from the cold thing and 2 weeks done the line still have a bad throat. Hope you feel better soon..x

๐Ÿ’– In loving memory of my 2 sons: Keith (2/6/2020) and Kenny (4/5/2025). Both died suddenly, with no warning and much too young. They were both very special in different ways. I miss them terribly..... my heart is broken ๐Ÿ’–
