Hows your back after you have taken your pain killers??? You must have pulled something but its easy done aint it xx that was a nice sleep for you and a good lie in xx put some canvas pictures in front of my car this morning and a mirror saying all free to a good home ....they went quickly lolol saves having to take to the tip xx hope after shopping you take things easy and have a restful evening to rest your back xx 😘 well must get my feet up an chill out ...roasting here 33degrees so a hot one today phewww fans going xx see you in the morning pug hugs friend ❤ 😊 xxx kisses for D xxx

Xx Hellooooo and good evening Joyce how was the shops today ?? Been a hot one here so got loads done xx jet washed the back garden ...that took 3 hours it was filthy so looking much better then the washing x cleaned up and then had a boiling bath ...I needed it I was so dirty after jet washing xxx
