Is your back still holding up??  Yes good idea to take the pills for a while get rid of whatever is giving you that pain ...you had it a few months now xx but great the pills sorting it out xx did you go into work or did you stay home ??? Gary off sick he got the flu so he off sick xx only a few spots of rain today and not as chilly ...not put the heating on tonight as feels very mild xx its bonfire nite here so they be going off very loud soon already heard some going off ...do feel sorry for the animals 😢 xxx
