Good morning
In school I was always the tiny guy . So the physical sports were a no for me . I didn`t really get my growth until after school . As for rugby it definitely is not a sport for weak minded people . Not that I follow it but the New Zealand women and mens teams seem to be titans .

Morning Michele Yay bright ans sunny, haha it is nippy , I just wish they could sort the liver issues  its now having all these  knock on effects , with low  readings on all my vitamins, ?  its all come about since i had chemical hepatitis , it just wont function properly ? yes i know there's nothing nasty going on had 2 ultra scans in less than a year ?  I am not a fan of synethics in any form Michele, I have seen he liver consulant as well  he said  as far as hes concerned we are all good !!. Enjoy  the shopping,  Iam collecting Margot later for a sleep over,  i brought new colouring books and crayons from HB yesterday  ;-]] xxx 

Morning Michele, well you are up and busy, no lay in this morning. I woke up at 5.30 but went back to sleep. It’s bright to start, hope it stays like it. Going round to Nats this afternoon, more food lol. You have a lovely weekend, don’t spend it all working, have some chill time xxxx
