splashed-- my day went very smoothly today--got the garbage all down,my pills were delivered and the nurse got here a little early. She has decided I can shower on Tues before she comes,remove the coban and maybe feel clean for a bit. Kevin phones and it was a really long phone call,I think he is very nervous about tomorrow and having to do a eulegy but I think he will find it goes well and after will wonde what the fuss was about.Told him he can't really go wrong and no one but him knows the stories he will tell and long as the are not real raunchy navy stores all will e alright. Tomorrow afternoon when its over he will wonder what all the fuss was about. I am sure that to be able to look at clothes and keep going down in size is a wonderful feeling and very satisfying to know that you have accomplished it. I just sort of chuckled as you said you hate shopping and now off you go doing the thing you hate. Have a good night.

Evening Michele, a quietish day, just a quick trip to Tesco for a couple of bits and some ironing. You had a good spend and got some nice stuff, make you feel good. Shame about the coffee though. Programmes just started, yep spoilt tonight, enjoy. Night night xxxxx
