Good Morning Michele..dull morning here but at least it's dry.  I think your right I did need a second lot of steroids to shift this it was such a bad dose.  Sounds like Lana can be a real pain.  Must be really irritating for you Michele.  Glad she is off giving you some peace for a couple of days.  Going to potter today and do some light stuff.  I won't run before I can walk but be good to get some stuff done.  Have a good day xxx

so he pain is less for now  but the problem is still there ? its really weird if you know what i mean ,  I tried to walk quick and the knee locked out as it does but no pain....  hope today goes well dark still but dry as the sun comes up take care xx
